Easiest, fastest and best recipe to make pancakes at home
Ingredients:
-2 cups of flour
I would suggest this specific flour: Les Moulin, Farine Blanche T65 from Les Moulins de la Concorde.

-1 cup of sugar
-1 spoon of vanilla
-2 and half cup of milk
-2 eggs
-2 spoons of melted butter
Preparation:
Add two cups of flour,slowly add the sugar and mix.
In another bowl mix in the Vanilla,milk,eggs and butter.
Add the flour and sugar(that was already mixed in before)in the bowl
And here you have the best pancakes
This is my original recipe that I have tried many many times. It also mixes very well with ice cream.With this many ingredients you will get 8 to 14 pancakes but it depends on the size you make them.I usually make them on Sundays with my brother. My family really enjoys these pancakes because of good it is,we also have tea with them.

I really love making pancakes, but I usually only make them for my family or for special events. I get a bit nervous that some people might not like them.
